Plan description

This program is designed for hypertrophy training, and is aesthetically driven. The program is intended to last for 8-12 weeks, depending on performance plateus, at which point re-calibration or re-design may be warranted. In addition to this program, coach Miguel ensures consistent passive cardiovascular activity via regular long walks and hikes, and long-days on the water trying to catch fish.
